How to Successfully Engage Clients

​Follow these steps to have the best chance of connecting with Participants:

  • Introduce yourself via SMS and EMAIL
  • Ask when it would be convenient to call them (show understanding)
  • Make the phone call at the agreed time (show reliability)
  • If they don't respond, make the call at a reasonable time (expect them to be busy)
  • Follow up with an SMS (important)
  • Repeat if no response but don’t harass them
  • Use all means of contact (phone, email and SMS)
