Cancellation and Refunds

All subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. We do not offer refunds. 

Should you decide to cancel a subscription, please notify us in writing providing 7 days notice prior to your subscription renewal date: accounts@mycarespace.com.au or access your payment portal and pause your subscription.

When cancelling a subscription, it will terminate at the end of the current subscription term, however its important to understand your listing will still remain published and we require you to continue to monitor your referral portal.  E.g. If you have a 3 month subscription and cancel after 2 months, the subscription will terminate at the end of the 3 month term.

No refund will occur.
