 We couldn't do what we do without an amazing team of compassionate, hard-working people who are genuinely proud of the impact they have on people's lives.

Every day, our NDIS Navigators are busy taking calls, answering instant chats, and responding to online requests to help people find the support they need. In fact, we refer to every request for help as a 'VIP'—because the people looking for a match with support are the most important thing to us.

From our Provider Team ensuring we have the best NDIS providers on board, to Buddy our Head of Wellbeing keeping spirits high, each member of our team is dedicated to empowering our community and creating connections that change lives.

Our Preferred NDIS Plan Manager

Plan Hero Plan Management is our preferred NDIS Plan Manager because they are independent, specialist Plan Managers who have both lived experience and expert NDIS knowledge. Plan Management is all they do!
