How can I check if an NDIS provider has been banned or fined?

Providers who have been banned

It is vital to make sure the NDIS Provider or Support Worker you engage has not been banned by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission from delivering services to NDIS Participants.

The NDIS Commission has provided an online directory of all NDIS Providers or individual Support Workers who have been given:

  • banning orders
  • compliance notices
  • enforceable undertakings
  • suspension of registration
  • cancellation of registration
