How can MyCareSpace help you navigate the NDIS?
MyCareSpace is a national, free community service helping people living with a disability find and connect with NDIS Providers of disability services and supports.
We support thousands of Participants and their families, Support Coordinators and Local Area Coordinators (LACS).
We help families understand their NDIS plans by answering their questions and providing easy-to-read resources and information about the NDIS.
We also know that finding NDIS providers can be hard - they often don't have availability (therapy especially) and you don't know if they really have experience with your disability.
That's where MyCareSpace comes in!
MyCareSpace matches you with verified Providers to choose from
MyCareSpace has a human team to help you find and connect with disability services and supports in your local area that meet your specific needs.
Our platform includes both registered and unregistered providers.
We verify each Provider on our platform, making sure we know:
- where they actually deliver services (vs where they say they do),
- where they have availability and
- what experience and skills they have.
Once you tell our NDIS Navigaors what you need, our team will do the search for you, giving you options to choose from.
We are available Monday to Friday and you can reach our team via phone 1300 2888 93 or by submitting an online request.
Our NDIS Navigators will help build the capacity of participants and their families, giving you access to options that allow you to make choices about how to reach your goals.
MyCareSpace resources may be shared provided they are credited to MyCareSpace with backlinks to the original resource.
